A European Network for Intercultural LearningThe enlarged Europe, enshrining the principle of diversity in its Charter on fundamental rights, is faced with manifold intercultural challenges. NILE brings together adult education organisations and networks from 20 countries in order to promote intercultural learning in adult eduation across Europe. This project has been carried out with the support of the European Commission through its Socrates programme.
The European Union funding has ended as planned in September 2008. A final report of the closing conference (September 2008) is available here
